The Edifier H840 is a refreshing choice amidst the bass-heavy and bright-colored headphones in this price range. They offer a brilliant package of simple styling, low price, and most importantly, neutral sound with good clarity. Highly recommended for those of you looking for an entry to hi-fi headphones.
The brown braided cable turned out to be too short for me. I decided to recable it with Mogami 2893 cable and Amphenol jack. The pictures speak for themselves.
